1. Terms

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3.2 Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

3.3 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3.4 Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

3.5 Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@galliaolandor.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Delivery Policy

4.1 Standard Shipping

We provides our standard delivery services for domestic and international shipping. Final delivery for standard ground shipping is handled by different carriers such as DHL, Fedex, TNT and etc. 

4.2 The Delivery Time

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organize for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

We will make best efforts to deliver products within 7 to 15 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. 

Due to COVID-19 please allow an additional 2-5 business days to our current shipping policy to receive your order. Orders should arrive between 7 and 20 business days.

5. Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from gallianolandor.com (the “Site”).
